Shaolin Martial Arts Classics is one of the "Three Classics" (Yijin Classics, Yigu Classics and Shui Mu Classics), which is said to have been written by Dharma, the founder of Zen Buddhism. There are 64 pictures. If you practice according to the pictures, you can combine the spirit, body and qi, that is, the human spirit, body and breath. While exercising step by step, persistently and conscientiously, the five zang-fu organs, the twelve meridians and the eight strange meridians can be fully conditioned.
According to the preface of the ancient book Yijinjing, during the Taihe period in Wei Mingdi, Master Dharma went to Shaolin Temple to practice, and after nine years, he successfully sat down. Shaolin monks got an iron box at the wall of Dharma, which contained two scriptures written by Dharma in Tianzhu.
There are two ways to refine Yijinjing. One is the Twelve Potential of Yijinjing, which was published in various versions in the Qing Dynasty. Among them, Wei Tuo offered one, two and three potentials, taking the stars as the fighting potential, pulling nine cows, drawing nine ghost sabres, exploring the dragon's claws, crouching tiger pouncing on food, bowing down, bowing down. This kind of Book of Changes, Gong Jing, is quite different from the ancient version, which may have been compiled by the Qing people under the pretext of textual research. The other is Yijinjing, an ancient woodcut printed during the apocalypse of the Ming Dynasty. The methods included in it are mainly to exercise the "fascia" of the human body through massage, flapping and breathing, which belongs to the category of hard qigong in martial arts. Ancient books are mainly based on "keeping" and "rubbing". Keeping is intentional, the consciousness is concentrated between the chest and abdomen, and the palm is under the heart and navel. "Rub" the chest and abdomen with your hands, moving slowly from right to left, with appropriate weight.
Gong Jing, the Shaolin Yijing, is a unique internal skill, which is the product of combining Qi and blood movement with martial arts in ancient times. It combines Qi and blood movement with fascia exercise to strengthen the body from the inside out and achieve the purpose of strengthening the body.
