Brief introduction of changgou town

Changgou Town is located in the southwest of Beijing, bordering Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province in the southeast, Hancunhe Town in the northeast and Dashiwo Town in the west, with a total area of 38.7 square kilometers, governing 18 administrative villages and a population of about 27,000. Changgou Town governs 1 community and 18 village committees (Xixiangyuan Community, Nanzheng Village and Beicun Village). 1994, 1996, and in 2004, changgou town was successively identified as the first batch of small town construction pilot towns, the national small town construction pilot towns and the national key towns by the Beijing Municipal Government, the Ministry of Construction and six national ministries and commissions.
