What does this sentence mean, "Red-violet will bloom for karma, and travel through life and ghosts"?

It means that hell is designed for sin and is used to spend life and soul. This has something to do with Buddhism. Red-violet is one of the hell in Buddhism, and it is also one of the eight cold hell.
