Which city does Xining belong to?

Xining belongs to a fourth-tier city. Xining, an ancient plateau city with a long history, is a cultural component of the Yellow River Basin in China. According to archaeological discoveries such as Zhujiazhai Site, Nash Site and Xixingyuan Site in Chengbei District, as early as four or five thousand years ago, human beings produced, lived and multiplied in this land. By 20 19 and 12, Xining has five districts: Chengdong District, Chengzhong District, Chengxi District, Chengbei District and Huangzhong District, and two counties: Huangyuan County and Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County. In addition, there are four functional areas: Xining (national) Economic and Technological Development Zone, Chengnan New District (subordinate to Chengzhong District), High-tech Development Zone (Biotechnology Industrial Park) and Huhai New District. Famous scenic spots in Xining: 1. Golden moth dawn is located in Niangniang Mountain in Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County, also known as Golden Moth Mountain. There is Tianchi on the top of the mountain and commanding heights on Niangniang Mountain. You can watch the sunrise on the mountain in the morning, and the sun bursts out from the mountain. The scene is spectacular and is said to be comparable to Mount Tai. Niangniang Mountain is famous for its profound beauty and colorful weather. 2. When Wenfeng Songcui talks about this scenic spot, it is inevitable to mention a beautiful legend of Nanshan in Xining. It is said that people once built an attic in Nanshan, and a phoenix landed here, which the locals think is a symbol of good luck. Later, in order to look forward to the prosperity of local writing style, people built Kuixing Pavilion on the mountain. 3. Yunyou Xining Fengtai Nanshan is also called Phoenix Mountain, and there is a pavilion on the mountain called Fengge. During the Nanliang period, "Liu Yun Fengtai", one of the eight scenic spots in Xining, became a scene in Xining. Nanshan, a building complex centered on Guandi Temple, was built in the eighth year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty and is a well-preserved Ming-style building in Xining. Now all the scenic spots on the mountain are newly built after liberation. Due to the relatively high altitude of Nanshan, Fengtai is often shrouded in clouds and different scenery.
