Are Huangshi people easy to get along with?

I have lived in Huangshi for two years. Living conditions are ok, and the environment is clean and tidy. The consumption level is similar to that of northern Jiangsu. As for getting along with Huangshi people, I haven't met a Huangshi person for two years. Although we meet, chat and say hello, no matter how hard you try, you can't get along with them. Huangshi people are clever, cunning and scheming.
