Who knows how monks should resist the temptation of women?
From the memory of Buddhist monks, sexual desire may be a bigger obstacle than illness or fear of death. Many monks find it more difficult to resist the temptation of sexual desire than to overcome hunger, loneliness and disease. Everyone is afraid that the power of women will break their precepts, especially after seeing many fellow meditation monks, old and young, defeated by sexual desire. The ability of monks to control their thoughts has become a real test of the depth and intensity of their meditation. Among the ten monks we discussed, only Ajiangman, Ajiangton and Ajiangla didn't mention the struggle against sexual desire. When these three monks were young, they all stayed in the secular world for several years before becoming monks. Among them, only Ajiangla experienced married life before becoming a monk. After being married twice, Ajiangla was probably tired of living at home and decided to become a monk. Others, such as a Jiang Wen, a Jiangzhuan, a Jiangwan, a Jiangcha, and a Jiangtie, have to face the challenge of sexual desire whether they travel or live in the countryside. A Fan Jiang living in the city and a Li Jiang are no exception. In the memoirs of these monks, temptation is everywhere, and a little distracted may fall into the trap of temptation. Practicing Buddhism in the forest is not the best way to test the resistance of monks to women. Manjiang knew that living alone for too long was not good for wandering monks, so he encouraged them to go to the city occasionally to test their resistance to temptation. Monks live in the forest and don't need to talk to people. Forest residents usually don't bother them, so their senses won't be greatly stimulated. Once the senses are isolated, monks will find their hearts calm. In fact, living in the forest has advantages and disadvantages. They may insist on living alone ... many monks mistakenly think that living in the forest is better than living in the city. Manjiang deeply believes that the tranquility of the forest should be used to cultivate mindfulness, rather than becoming a place to live alone or escape. Villages, towns and cities always provide challenges that make monks uneasy, and they can measure their spiritual achievements. Eye contact with women should start from the senses and truly measure the mental growth of Buddhist monks. If the senses touch the outside world and shock the mind, it means that mindfulness is weak and the foundation of practice is not stable. Jiang Wen and Fan Jiang had similar experiences when they were young. On a trip to Laos, a scholar Jiang traveled alone to find a place suitable for meditation. (1) After crossing the Mekong River and Vientiane, he came to the Volunteer Army River. One night, a Jiang literati was taking a bath in the river and saw two village girls rowing by. The young village girl glanced at him. A Jiang Wen recalled: When we looked at each other, the force was so powerful and mysterious that the whole person was shocked. On the way back, the figure of that beautiful woman has been lingering in my heart. Later, the mother and daughter supported Ajiangwen with food and homemade cigarettes. Jiang Wen, an eight-year-old monk, has no experience. This is the first time he has ever felt the strong attraction of the opposite sex. He doesn't know why his heart became so sensitive after seeing this village girl. Then he remembered that when he was studying in a village temple in Ubon province, a fortune teller told him that his soul mate lived somewhere, with a medium build and a "yellowish complexion and a face like a bodhi leaf". A Jiang Wen thought that since the young woman on the river met this description, she must be the one the fortune teller said, so he decided to leave that place immediately and return to the northeast of Siam. He crossed the Mekong River to West Chiang Mai County (located in Longgai Province), where he met Ajiangman who had just left his disciples to meditate alone. Seeing Jiang Man ecstatic, he meditated with him. Although A Jiang Wen's heart is getting calmer and calmer, the figure of that beautiful woman still occasionally appears in her heart. During the rainy season, a scholar Jiang intends to erase the image of this young woman from her heart through meditation. From this experience, he learned the essence of the heart-thoughts will come into being, which is not controlled by will. This kind of worry is so strong that I can't control my thoughts, and my whole heart flies to the beautiful woman on the bank of Bansongna Nenen. I tried all kinds of methods, but in vain. The more I try, the more I add fuel to the fire. If I am distracted for a moment, it is enough to make my heart fly to a woman. Sometimes I use new methods to calm my heart, and my heart immediately runs back to that woman. I also tried various ways to punish my heart, but my heart refused to give in. For several days and nights, I meditated, meditated or walked alternately to see if my heart was no longer addicted to love, but I still couldn't. So I don't sit or lie, I just stand and don't walk. Despite such efforts, my heart still won't give up. Jiang Wen changed his method. He started to drink water instead of eating. In order to fight against sexual desire, he began to cultivate the concept of bones, and regarded the color of women as the fate of meditation. When he was meditating, he observed the decomposition of the woman's color body and the decay of his own color body, so he calmed his delusions and desires, and finally the woman was erased from his heart. (2) A Fan Jiang also lost his mindfulness because he saw a beautiful woman. This happened when he first went to Bangkok in 193 1, when he was thirty-three years old and had been a monk for thirteen years. This year, he accompanied two elderly Buddhist monks, Jiang Xin and Jiang Pin, from Khieli province to Bangkok by train to visit the then seriously ill abbot of Boromniwa Temple, Jan, and the three of them stayed there with the new legalist monk for three months. One day, a newcomer Jiang took a Fan Jiang to visit Pan Yafei Sang, the abbot of Naram, Prathoumvan. On the way back, a Fan Jiangren caught a glimpse of a woman and fell in love with her (this woman may be Lao, when Baton Wanaram Temple was located in the suburb of Bangkok, and most of the people living nearby were Lao). From then on, a Fan Jiang knew that he was in big trouble, and his fatal attraction would certainly confuse him. He became a monk when he was a teenager. Like Jiang Wen, he has no experience of contact with the opposite sex. After returning to Bailongniwa Temple, Fan Jiang's heart became very weak in the meditation of "mending the sky". As long as he wants to be together, his concentration collapses immediately. For three days in a row, the image of that woman haunted his mind. Knowing that he couldn't control his heart, Fan Jiang repented to master Jiang Xin. If this happened in the countryside, a Jiang Xin might ask him to retreat in the cave, but the quietest place in the Buddhist temple in the city is the tonsure altar, so a Jiang Xin kept a Fan Jiang in the altar and asked him to cultivate impure views until he surrendered his sexual desire. After a week of deliberation, Fan Jiang came to the conclusion that this woman must be his former life partner. "This can explain why he has such strong feelings for this woman. After learning about this, Fan Jiang immediately breathed a sigh of relief and stopped thinking about her. " (3) From this narrative, we know that a Fan Jiangren believes in reincarnation, and so do the wandering monks who travel with him. Like Jiang Wen, Fan Jiang attributed this strong attraction to strange women to his past "career". A Jiangwan is different from Jiang Wen and Fan Jiang who lost mindfulness. He is convinced that it is through meditation that he can avoid being fascinated by women. He recalled what happened in Bambua, Shagunakon province near the forest. It was in the 1940s, and he was in his twenties. "Near noon, I walked one hundred yards into the forest (from Mao Peng), when I saw a young woman coming towards my Mao Peng. I know her, because every day I go to the village to ask for a bowl, she will provide me with food. I hid behind a tree by the side of the road in case she saw me. She sat where I ate, singing softly. After observing her behavior, I am sure that her appearance will interfere with my purity. An hour later, she left quietly, and I was relieved! I don't need to meet her in such a dangerous situation. I deeply appreciate Master's teaching. My firm belief in meditation must have saved me. " It can be seen that eye contact with beautiful women has little effect on Ajiang Bay. He can also maintain mindfulness, so that the desires of the senses cannot shake him. Although he became a monk at a young age, he clearly understood the power of women: "Women are stronger than any power in the world. She can easily make a man yield, make him stubborn, and destroy him with her five weapons: body, voice, breath, taste and touch. " Fantasy about women Even if monks don't meet any women, sometimes they only fantasize about women. We see the truest memory of fighting sexual fantasy from Ajiang tea. 1947, that is, in the ninth year after Ajiang discovered his family, he settled in Kichi Forest Temple in Nakong Painong Province and lived an ascetic life with a local traditional Zen master, Jin Narui. Ajiangcha recalled that during this meditation, there was a strong sexual desire in his heart for a while, which made him unable to settle down. Whether in meditation or during menstruation, female reproductive organs keep emerging in my heart, and my sexual desire is too strong to cope with. I must try my best to fight against these strong feelings and fantasies. Fighting sexual desire is no less difficult than the fear of treating ghosts in forest cemeteries. [Sexual desire is too strong] I can't walk, because the penis reacts as soon as it touches the cassock, so I ask to clear a way to walk in the depths of the jungle where no one has seen it. In the dark forest, I rolled up my skirt (cassock) and tied it around my waist before continuing my journey. I struggled with my troubles for ten days until my sexual desire and Ji Shen's fantasies disappeared. (4) Although Ajiangcha won the struggle, he found it difficult to give up his sexual desire. From the sixth or seventh rain to the twelfth rain, he still has to fight the challenge of sexual desire. He made full use of various methods:
"I regard sexual desire as the same as eating meat. When you eat meat, it will be caught between your teeth. Before you finish eating, you will find a toothpick to remove the meat between your teeth. After the meat was removed, I was relieved and decided not to eat meat again. Only when I saw the meat later, I couldn't resist the temptation, but I ate too much. At this time, the meat is stuck between your teeth and you have to go again. In this way, you will feel comfortable until you eat meat again ... that's the case. So is sexual desire. Might as well go there. I don't know what these troubles are for? " (5) A Li Jiang's experience in Bangkok describes the great influence of weak mindfulness on the mind, which can also prove A Manjiang's teaching that urban practice and rural practice should cooperate with each other. Li Jiang is different from Fan Jiang. A Fan Jiangren travels in Bangkok for a short time, while a Li Jiangren lives in Bangkok for a long time. He must be looking forward to taking care of the abbot of Sapassam in the city. After arriving in Bangkok, a Li Jiangren seems to have a fear of life after China's entry into WTO, which may be related to his childhood experience in the village. "When I was a child, I was still confused. When I saw a woman about to give birth, I felt fear and nausea. At that time, the custom in the village was to tie one end of the rope to the rafters, and women would squat down and grab the other end of the rope to have children. Some women will scream and wail, and their faces and bodies will be distorted by pain. Every time I see such a scene, I will cover my ears and eyes with my hands and run away. Feelings of fear and disgust keep me awake. All this impressed me and I will never forget it. " A Li Jiang once had the idea of secularization for the first time in Bangkok. In charge of administrative work in a French sect temple in the city for three years (1929- 193 1). Bored, bored and impetuous, he fell into sexual fantasies. He made up a wonderful story carefully, imagining himself as the head of the family, working as a clerk in a pharmacy in Bangkok, and meeting an elegant and beautiful metropolis woman. Later, the two eloped and lived together to have children. However, the ending of this story is quite practical-as the family is stretched, the marriage relationship between the two is getting worse and worse. During this period, Li Jiang began to be full of energy, thinking about the world of mortals almost all the time, anytime and anywhere. He can imagine what misfortune will happen to him if he really returns to the secular world. However, his constant love for women not only hindered his mindfulness practice, but also made him sick. "From one day on, I began to be constipated. That afternoon, I took laxatives. I think if this medicine is as effective as before, I should go to the toilet around 9 pm. But somehow, this laxative doesn't work at all. The next morning, when I walked to Zapatum Palace, I walked into an alley and happened to walk into a house that was going to provide food for monks. Suddenly, I desperately wanted to go to the toilet, and I couldn't help it for a moment. I can't even go in and accept support. I had to endure, like a penguin into the roadside acacia trees. I quickly dropped my bowl and quickly crossed the fence into the Woods. I feel so embarrassed that I really want to dive underground and die! After the convenience, I left the bush, picked up the bowl and continued to carry it. I didn't get enough food that day. " (6) A daydream of Li Jiang fantasizes about finding her dream lover, eloping, making love and living with her. When the meditator's heart is completely dominated by the pursuit and possession of women, the consequences are really unimaginable, as described in the following event: "On the day of the holiday, I went out to beg for bowls at dawn, walked to Sabatun market, and then walked up the alley behind the Buddhist temple, which was a dirty alley where horses gathered. It was raining and the road was slippery. I walked past a house with dignity. I know that the owner of this family often goes to the Buddhist temple for a walk, and the bowls are full of food. But at this time, my heart began to think about the world of mortals. Absent-minded, I fell into the mud by the side of the road. My knees were trapped in the mud about a foot deep, and my food was scattered all over the floor, and my body was covered with mud. I have to hurry back to the temple. When I arrived at the temple, I told myself, "Look! What happens when you think about this? The third thing that Li Jiang witnessed made him understand the hardships of family life and strengthened his belief in secularization. "One day, I went out early in the morning. When I passed a row of shops, I saw an old man in China and an old woman in China shouting at each other in front of the shops. The woman is about fifty years old and has a bun on her head, while the man has a braid. I stopped in front of the shop to watch. Soon, the woman grabbed the broom and knocked Esau's handle on the old man's head. The old man grabbed the woman's hair and kicked her back. After witnessing all this, I asked myself, "What would you do if you were me?" I smiled and replied, "You'd better get a divorce. "I am happier than a bowl of vegetables when I see this behind the scenes." Li Jiang's heart gradually woke up from the world of mortals, and he made a 180 degree change in his marriage. Now he thinks that "marriage is a child's toy and not suitable for being a person." But he still can't leave Bangkok. He knew that he was standing at the crossroads between secular life and the right path of Buddhism. "If I stay in Bangkok, I may end up on the road of secularization. If I want to continue my practice, I must leave the city and enter the forest. " 193 1 After the rain stopped in, Manjiang visited the abbot of Lianchi Temple and asked the abbot to let Li Jiang accompany him to Chiang Mai in the north. Only then did Li Jiangcai get out of trouble. According to a Jiangwan person, "the biggest fear of any ascetic monk is to face a woman, because it is more terrible than meeting a tiger, a bear or an evil ghost." The memories written by A Jiangtie and A Jiang explain why. Like A Jiangwen, A Jiangtie, A Jiangwan and A Jiangfan are all young monks, and they still live a life of becoming monks in adulthood. However, A Jiangtie's naivety plunged him into the so-called "dangerous encounter", which happened when A Jiangtie visited a married woman's house when he was young: "Sometimes, if I am free, I will take a little boy with me as long as I visit at home at night. One night, I went to a woman's house. When she appeared, she closed the door behind her and gave me a fright. At that time, there were only her and her children in the room. Anyway, we started gossiping, and she seemed to want to know if I wanted to be secular. I am straightforward and shy by nature. I told her clearly that I didn't want to, and then I quickly brought the topic into practice. " However, this woman has been talking about her private life. Before getting married, she fell in love with a monk. The reason why she married her present husband was entirely because of her parents' arrangement. She hinted that she was unhappy and it was only a matter of time before divorce. A Jiang Tie seems to know her very well. "I always let her talk, and I listened casually, thinking that she just wanted to complain, and this time it was probably the same. I just sat there and listened. I think she trusts me so much because we are all good friends and she has no other intentions. " (8) Experienced monks or married people can know what medicine is sold in that gourd. However, A Jiangtie's naivety plunged him into what he called "the brink of death". "Her behavior is more and more strange, she slowly close to me, getting closer and closer. The light of the flashlight begins to flash and will go out at any time. I told her to turn on the flashlight, and she smiled, but she didn't. My heart began to throb, and I felt a longing, which was mixed with a strong fear that I would be caught and made a mistake. Even today, it's hard for me to tell how I felt at that moment. My mind was blank. As far as I can make it clear, it can be seen from the seemingly flustered expression on her face that her feelings must be as strong as mine. " The woman's bold behavior frightened Jiang Tie. At that time, he had many opportunities to leave, but he was at a loss, at a loss. He slowly felt uneasy and anxious, so he said he would go back to the temple. She begged A Jiangtie to stay for the night and return to the temple the next day, which made him even more flustered and embarrassed. However, in the end, A Jiangtie got away and went back to the temple. He felt ashamed and worried that the monks and master in the same trade would find it was late at night, and he couldn't sleep all night. He constantly reflected on the whole thing and the reasons. He concluded: "I still miraculously escaped this danger!" "(9) A Jiangtie believes that innocence is not necessarily bad sometimes. He thought it was his merit and good exercise that made him escape. "At that time, if I wasn't so naive, if I wasn't sheltered by merits and deeds, if I didn't want to dedicate my life to Buddhism, I might have been in the lion's den. Recalling that I can escape from such a thrilling situation, my heart is full of incomparable joy and satisfaction. In the next few days, I was ecstatic! For more than 20 years, every time I mentioned this experience, my joy never diminished. "Ah Jiang is a virgin, which is different from other Buddhist monks. He had a series of experiences of being seduced. He recalled his experience when he was eighteen. 1938, he worked in the Royal Highway Bureau and participated in the highway construction from Ubon Province to Nakhon Panong Province. He fell in love with a girl 16 years old. He sees that girl every morning, but he never talks to her. " Every morning, when she goes to the bushes, she will pass by my house. At that time, country people often went to the Woods or grasslands for convenience. When I get up to wash my hands in the morning, I always see this girl passing by my cabin. She bares her breasts and only wears a salon. I didn't feel anything at first, but after seeing her every day, I began to like her. Her breasts are really beautiful! (10) Buddhist monks find that living near the village has too many temptations, and young Ajiang writers are no exception. 1947 and 1948, he settled down in the rain. He lives in Jiedilun Temple in Chiang Mai and travels outside the city during the summer vacation. Here, he realized that it is very dangerous if he can't keep mindfulness when he is in contact with women. Once, he was walking on a small road leading to the village. A group of women stood alone on the side of the road and asked Jiang to write a note to stay in order to support him. "I walked up to her, just as I opened the lid to accept support, she suddenly stopped, put down her plate and bowl of rice, and began to tidy up the salon. She opened a salon in front of me, obviously naked inside, obviously naked in front of the monk. I'm a human being, and I can't help but want to be obscene. Fortunately, my mindfulness is strong enough, so I quickly closed the lid and left. "(1 1) In order to avoid seeing this woman again, Ah Jiang left the village at once. On another occasion, A Jiang and several brothers found a secluded place to meditate at the foot of Sutie Mountain in the suburbs of Chiang Mai. They came to an ancient pagoda with several caves nearby, so they decided to set up an umbrella tent here. After breakfast, all the other monks went to town, leaving Ajiang alone in the cave. He heard a group of women approaching to speak. " I heard that there are monks around here. Let's go and have a look! A man saw Jiang meditating and writing in the umbrella shed. "。 "She opened the umbrella account and shouted," Here comes the monk! The monk is coming! " She opened the umbrella account and stared at me rudely, giving a sexy smile. I looked at her, what I saw was her plump breasts, and my eyes moved down. Seeing her thin salon, I felt a lust in my heart. At this moment, I remembered what Mr. Ubali said, "Keep inner peace", so I tried to keep calm. (12) The woman called her friends, and some of them gave gifts to Jiang. One of them shouted, "This monk is really handsome!" The women didn't leave until they got Jiang's blessing. Later, more women came to him. In order to avoid the same experience, he decided to go to the forests and mountains of Sangkang County and Meitan County. Another thing A Jiang remembers is that a county magistrate's sister came to pay tribute from time to time. This female householder is beautiful in appearance and elegant in manners. "She often stares at me with sexy eyes, and her guards also urge me to be secular quickly to help their livelihood." This temptation made him a little overwhelmed and his heart began to shake. He made a wish: "If my paramita is good enough to understand Buddhism, there must be a way to solve this dilemma." The next morning, he still went to the bowl, and the woman was still waiting to help him in the old place. "I try not to look at her face. When I opened the lid of the bowl, her sanitary cotton cloth [then just a piece of cloth] fell to the ground. She was taken aback and wanted to cover it with a sanitary cotton cloth, so she stepped into the mud and hid it, but I had already seen the cloth stained with blood. I feel sorry for her, too. A glimpse of her blood made me more aware that my life as a monk will continue. I escaped from vulgarity and lived a life beyond vulgarity. Why should I turn around? "He closed the bowl cover and returned to his residence. Without eating, he packed his Buddhist equipment and left there immediately to continue to Shan State in the north. Along the way, a novice monk was walking at home with a layman. A Jiang found that the laity in Jiangdong County had a strong belief in Buddhism, but he also noticed that women in Shan State were very active, so he had to be careful about the young women around him. Once he heard someone comment on his appearance: they spoke loudly without fear: "Look! How handsome this monk is! What a good complexion and face, it is simply more beautiful than a woman! " They are neither shy nor concerned about the feelings of monks, as if monks were just a statue or a piece of wood. An old couple tried to persuade A Jiang to marry their daughter and told him that if he wanted to live with them, all the property would go to him: "We really like you. You can have this sewing machine, this house, these fields, and we will give you everything we have, as long as you are willing to live with us so that we can rely on you. " A Jiang thinks that the temptation of Qingtong is comparable to Chiang Mai, and his typical solution is to leave there. This time, he returned to the northeast for Taoism. Secular monks The monks we are discussing at present have overcome the challenge of sexual desire. However, there are still some disciples of Ajman who can't pass the sexual desire barrier. A disciple of Manjiang who practiced in Chiang Mai Mountain gave an example. It happened in the 1990s, when Manjiang was traveling in northern Siam. This incident is similar to the experience of a Jiang Wen and a Fan Jiang, but the difference is that the monk can't overcome his desire. One day, the monk and other monks took a bath in a pond not far from the road to the village farmland. This road is still a long way from the village, and it is usually impassable. Just as several monks were preparing to take a bath, several young women from Lahu mountain tribes passed by. The monk caught a glimpse of one of the women and fell in love with her at once. He misses her so much that he can't sleep. He was defeated by this inexplicable anxiety and fear. He never imagined that such a powerful force existed, and he was afraid that Jiang Man would notice. He meditated all night, trying to control this desire, hoping to give up his desire in meditation. However, Manjiang still noticed the monk's struggle-he may communicate with others through his own ability! So if you help him as much as possible, you will allow him to concentrate on meditation in the tent without going out to ask for help. However, this effort is in vain after all. Frustrated and ashamed, he decided to find another way out. With the consent of Manjiang, he went to live near a distant village. Perhaps it was fate that he met a young Lahu woman again, and finally he got married. Buddhist monks traveling with him regarded him as a "victim of the realm" and could not escape his "retribution". Even a monk who is diligent in meditation can't help but be tempted. 1937, an iron man Jiang settled in a forest seclusion near Maiden County, Chiang Mai Province. He led four monks-a Jiangbentan, a Jiang Kun, a Jiang Cao and an unknown monk from Yili. A Jiangtie recalled that among the four monks, Jiang Cao and Jiang Kun were the most experienced. "Among the members, Jiang Cao is the best at observing Buddhist practice. ..... Jiang Kun is gifted and has the ability to know other people's hearts. If some of these people are restless or violate the precepts, they will probably not escape the "eyes" of these two people. ..... Jiang Kun is good at training his mind to stay calm day and night. When he walks, his appearance looks the same as others, but his inner feeling is like flying in the air. Sometimes he even thinks he can penetrate the center of the earth. " (13) Shortly after settling down, one Jiang Tie and another swam along the Meiteng River, looking for another secluded place. They stayed in the backcountry in the mountains, where tea trees were planted. One day, A Jiangtie gave the Buddhist tools to A Jiang Kun, put them in an abandoned Buddhist temple, and went to the ridge to find a more suitable place to live. When Jiang Tie came back, he found that Jiang Kun was in a bad mood. The next morning, he lost his temper with Jiang Tie for a trifle. After dark, he admitted that he was wrong, and then told what happened when Jiang Tie was away. It turned out that several young women and a group of local youths passed by. Jiang Kun saw the woman flirting with those men, so he was very excited. As a result, the meditation situation is very bad now, and he wants to leave Ajiangtie to travel alone. A Jiang Tie tried to guide him and give him various ways to calm his mind, but in vain. Finally, A Jiangtie let him go. Three months later, when they met again, he found that Jiang Kun no longer practiced meditation. A Jiangtie encouraged him to start meditation again, but this encouragement failed. "I later learned that he was secularized and felt very sorry. Jiang Kun is a strong-willed man who always goes all out to do things. However, he is also very subjective. Even Jiang Man's teaching methods can't convince him. Before becoming a monk, I was a stubborn guy in my hometown. When I left home, I had no goal in my heart. " Like the Zen master with him, A Jiangtie believes that Zen can foresee the future. Before Jiang Kun met Jiang Tie, there was a Zen in his heart, which indicated that he would be secularized in the future. "There is a straight road from [Jiang Kun] to my residence. He walked effortlessly to the steps under my sunshade. He climbed the stairs, which were long and steep. He bowed to me three times, and I offered him a robe, but he refused. " A Jiangtie's conclusion is that A Jiang Kun is a monk who can't grow wisdom in meditation: "A Jiang Kun's heart is not out of meditation, but she lacks the wisdom to abide by the three dharma seals [impermanence, bitterness and selflessness]." Not only the young monks' hearts are disturbed by sexual desire, but also the older monks. Samret is a respected teacher. Becoming a monk in childhood, determined to become a monk, and finally became a Zen master. He is famous for his strictness and prudence and is admired by people. When Ajiang Sangrui was nearly sixty years old, he fell in love with the daughter of a layman. When he decided to return to secularization, it was quite shocking to his disciples and believers who thought he was going to become a monk. The older monk thinks that the professor's return to secularization is a shameful thing for all practicing monks, so he tries his best to keep him, but he can't stop him. Ajanton specially reminded him to practice meditation and learn more about his heart, but it was still in vain after meditation. A Jiang Sanrui told A Jiangdun: "I can't continue to be a monk. Every time I meditate, I see her face. " At this time, Jiang Dun realized that Jiang Sangrui was hopeless. He responded loudly: "This is because you didn't take a good look at your heart when you meditated, but only looked at her ass. No wonder her ass appears again and again. Let's go Indulge your desires! You go! " The example of Ajiang Sangrui shows that it is difficult for older monks to resist the temptation of sexual desire. A monk once warned his disciples: "The real troubles don't start until after forty-five, and they will be very hard until they are sixty." Because then your body will resist and your heart will be afraid. They hope to get married and have children as soon as possible before they get old. "Decades of meditation does not mean that family members can transcend temptation. Obviously, Buddhist monks can't escape the temptation of sexual desire, let alone the administrative monks in Ethan. There is a story about the Buddhist monk Ariyakhunathan (Seng). Maharaja is the governor of the Sangha. He has been practicing meditation for decades, and everyone believes that he has reached a deep meditation. However, he later returned to the secular world in the 1950s. 1952 Lu, who lived with Kong Qingdong in Luyuan Mountain, Kong Qingdong, recalled: "Ajiang Aliya Kunantan was cheerful and discussed many mysterious things with Kong Qingdong. It's a pity that he can't understand the true meaning of the four noble truths, because his practice is not based on the three dharma seals, so the magical powers he achieved in meditation, such as different meditation realms, eventually disappeared and he became secular. "Ajiang Lu Yi's words imply that Ajiang Aliya Kunantan can't resist sexual desire and return to vulgarity (14). Therefore, in the two examples of Ajiang Aliya Kunantan and Jiang Kun, we can see that monks with deep concentration lack insight into the truth of sexual desire. Compared with Ajiang tea, Ajiangtie can better represent the wisdom of other Buddhist monks. A Jiangtie learned from experience that when a clear epiphany and deep meditation occur at the same time, all the realms will be clear to the heart and unmoved, and the heart can live in an immobile realm no matter what it sees or hears, no matter what the environment. Ajiangcha is convinced that once we can understand and observe impermanence, bitterness and emptiness, this is the beginning of true wisdom and the core of meditation.
