How to make tables in periodical papers with word

1. Open a word document, click the Insert option in the toolbar, and then select a table with four rows and four columns in the table.

2. Enter the information data into the table and select the second row.

3. Right-click the line and select "Borders and Shading" in the open options.

4. Remove the bottom border of the second line, and then click OK.

5. Then, in the same way, select the third row, and then delete its bottom boundary to obtain the result shown below.

6. Select all lines, right-click Borders and Shading, remove the left border, right border and middle vertical line, and select OK.

7. The three-line table required for making journal papers can be completed.
