Liu Zhaohua (1March 5, 965—September 2009 15) was born in Saiqi Town, Fu 'an City, Fujian Province. In 2004, Liu Zhaohua was arrested by China police as the leader of the five major drug traffickers on the run in China. According to the information released by the Ministry of Public Security, the number of suspected ice in Liu Zhaohua exceeded 14 tons, of which 12 tons was transported to Guangzhou and was seized by the police.

Liu Zhaohua used to be a bailiff, and his ability and interpersonal relationship won praises from all sides; Since then, he has been suspected of establishing an amazing ice trafficking network. 1996 after Liu Zhaohua's drug-making case occurred in Fuan, Fujian, he did not leave the country, but moved to Guangdong, Ningxia, Guangxi and other places. On March 5, 2005, he was arrested and brought to justice by the public security organs. On the morning of September 5, 2009, at around 10, with the approval of the Supreme Court, Liu Zhaohua was taken to the execution ground (Guangzhou) and executed at the age of 44.
