The founding date of Temple Head Temple is unknown. It is 40 meters wide from east to west and 70 meters long from north to south, covering an area of 2,800 square meters. On the central axis, there are mountain gates, sacrificial halls, main halls and spring and autumn buildings from south to north; There are bell and drum towers and wings on both sides of the mountain gate of the first hospital, and a wing on both sides of the main hall of the second hospital. There are east and west wings in the hospital. Among them, the main hall was built in Yuan Dynasty and the fairy hall was built in Ming Dynasty. Except for the newly-built wing on the west side of the mountain gate, all the buildings are Qing Dynasty buildings.

The Spring and Autumn Building is located at the northernmost part of the central axis, with two floors, three rooms on the first floor wide and deep, and corridors around it. The second floor is wide and deep; Gray tile roof, gray ceramic roof decoration; On the second floor, there is a cross rest peak.

The main hall is three rooms wide and five rafters deep. The beam structure is "five rafters and four rafters, and three columns are eaves", with a single eave hanging from the top of the mountain and a gray ceramic ridge on the roof of the tile. The stigma is placed on the front eaves, and one patch is laid, all of which are laid with four layers of extrapolation; Only the stigma is laid on the back eaves, and four single rafters are laid.
