Lulong vermicelli is white in appearance, yellowish, transparent, without impurities, uniform in thickness, smooth and firm in taste, not muddy in soup, thin and soft, and low in broken rate. Products are exported to three northeastern provinces, North China and parts of Sichuan, and exported to Korea, Japan, Canada and other countries. It is the first choice for famous dishes such as "Emerald Shrimp Ball, Pot vermicelli, Burning Snow Mountain, Cold Silver Silk, Shrimp House, Pork Foam vermicelli Pot" on the dining table.

The raw material of Lulong vermicelli production is mainly sweet potato. Lulong county, located in the northeast of Hebei Province, is a county under the jurisdiction of Qinhuangdao City. Sweet potato has been planted for 100 years. Due to the suitable soil and climate conditions, especially the pull of industrial management, sweet potato has become the largest crop in this county.
