What is the relationship between Cao Suifeng and Song Ning?

These two characters are brothers and sisters.

Cao Suifeng and Song Ning are brothers and sisters. They are all crosstalk performers in Chinese mainland, members of China Radio Art Troupe, and studied under the famous crosstalk performer Mr. Feng Gong.

Song Ning, whose real name is Song, was born in Shenyang, Liaoning Province on March 26th, 1986. Graduated from the Performance Department of the Central Academy of Drama, in 2003, she performed the comic dialogue "West Brother and East Sister" in the national comic dialogue sketch invitational tournament and won the first prize in the comic dialogue professional group. In 2005, he first appeared on the stage of CCTV Spring Festival Evening, performing the sketch "Birthday".

Cao Suifeng, 1979, a native of Yanshi, Henan Province, won the second place in the entertainment program "The Dead" of Fujian Satellite TV in 2000, and won a prize of 5,000 yuan. Later, he donated the prize money to Project Hope.
