Introduction of Jian 'ou Dialect

Jian 'ou dialect is an important sub-dialect of Min dialect. Confirmed by the provincial dialect survey in the early 1960s, it was the representative point of northern Fujian dialect, which was mainly used in Jian 'ou, Songxi, Zhenghe, Chong 'an (now Wuyishan City), Jianyang and other counties and cities belonging to Jianning House in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, as well as Pucheng, Nanping, Shunchang and other counties and cities close to Jian 'ou, with a population of 2 million.
