Why are some fortune tellers so accurate?

The reason why divination is so accurate is mainly traced back to basic Buddhism.

Some fortune tellers are not talking nonsense. That's because some low-level spiritual animals have reached a certain level through cultivation. In order to avoid suffering from the "scourge", they only live in some people with strong desires, giving each other certain functions and seeing the life experience of "that you" from another space.
