Can I sign the contract with the official seal?

The company's official seal can be used to sign contracts. The official seal of the company has the same legal effect as the contract seal of the company.

Article 490 of the Civil Code If the parties conclude a contract in the form of a contract, the contract is established when the parties sign, seal or press their fingerprints. Before signing, sealing or fingerprinting, one party has fulfilled its main obligations, and the contract is established when the other party accepts it. The Civil Code came into force on 202 1 1 1.
