In the process of spreading Buddhism, they should also build temples and houses and give their families food, clothing and learning materials. We should also think that doing good deeds is also beneficial to all sentient beings. I do good for all beings. This is my contribution to society, a way of practicing bodhisattva and a kind of practice. Be careful not to let yourself fall into the top ten bad habits at work. If you have to do something bad sometimes, try to repent and do it. It is also helpful to recite the short mantra of King Kong Sa at any time.
Many times, our life and work are very busy. In order to keep inner peace, we should "save three times a day" as Confucius said. Master Long Qinba, our ancestor, said that as a Buddhist, we should first think of the suffering of all beings, so we must make a wish every morning: in order to keep all suffering beings, such as mothers, away from pain and reincarnation, we should use our own ability to accumulate virtue and do good today.
We have to do a lot of things during the day. At noon, we can reflect on how many bad things we did in the morning, how many good things we did, repent bad things and return good things to merit. It feels like a dream. Before you rest at night, continue to reflect, return the good deeds you did during the day, and repent the bad things, and the day will be complete. This is the best way to calm your mind.
When I first started practicing, it was normal to be upset, just like eating and drinking water. Our day's mood is also fluctuating, like waves, wave after wave. Before studying Buddhism, I probably never wanted to control it, but let it develop. Now that we learn from Buddhism and begin to pay attention to it, we can control it. Drive slowly.
When you are upset, chanting aloud can calm your mood as quickly as possible. For example, if you are impatient now and want to have an attack, you can hide in your room and read aloud the true words of Master Lotus or the Hundred Words Sutra. Sing it as hard as you can and repeat it. Soon, all your emotions will come down.
Spells have such energy. When we were young, Master often told us to speak louder, louder, but not louder. So you see, I'm talking so much now that my voice won't be hoarse.
