Weizi Town is the largest town in the east of Lucheng, and it is also the gateway to Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces in Shangdang area. Han-Chang Railway and Han-Chang Gansu Linzhou Highway pass through here and through the territory, and the daily traffic volume of motor vehicles reaches tens of thousands. Since ancient times, it has been a distribution center for businessmen. In particular, the monthly "Tiancang Fair" and Biganling Temple Fair are good trade opportunities for merchants and are known as "the first meeting of Taihang". Tim Cang will be a regular meeting on the 24th day of the first month of each year. This meeting was named after the sacrifice of "Tian Cang" to the three gods who saved the local victims. There is a local proverb: "Weizi Town, with strong backing, won't add positions for fifteen days".

Biganling Temple Fair is officially held on July 19th of the lunar calendar every year. The original site of the temple is Biganling Bigan Temple near the town, also known as Sanren Temple. It is an ancestral temple built by local people to commemorate Cabbage (Cabbage's fief here), Bigan and Ji Zi's "Sanren".

In addition, the town also has the traditional temple fair of "April Competition" on April 24th of the lunar calendar and the material exchange meeting on the first day of October.

Because Sihui is in the slack season, it is also the key season to prepare for spring sowing, summer sowing and winter clothing, so it has lasted for thousands of years and is enduring. During the conference, businessmen from Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces and 13 cities gathered here one after another, becoming an excellent place for material exchange in the vast areas on the east and west sides of Taihang.
