The National Costume of Guo Shan Yao Nationality

The costumes of the Yao people in the east and west of Ruyuan are very different, especially the headdresses of women. The man in the cave in the east has braids and wraps his head with blue or white towels embroidered with patterns. Most of their clothes are blue-green, wearing short cardigans with square patterns embedded in their chests and backs. They wear wide trousers, which reach their calves and are tied with belts. Women wear boxer shorts and a sailboat-shaped triangular top hat after marriage. They tied their hair with lard and beeswax, wrapped it in cloth, and covered it with blue embroidered towels. Women's jackets are all green cloth, collarless, with big breasts and knee-length, buttons on the right and short skirts around them. There is a long apron hanging on the chest, a belt with colored silk threads hanging from both ends, and some even hang a string of copper coins around their waist, making a "Ding Ding" thump when walking. Women's blouses are also inlaid with square patterns on the back and chest.

There is not much difference between men's and women's clothing and Han nationality except for a little headdress. Its women wrap their heads in embroidered blue cloth, and the collar, cuffs and feet of the coat are inlaid with white, blue and black edges.
