Under what circumstances will the living Buddha of Tibetan Buddhism be passed on to people outside Tibet?

If you preach the law, you can preach it as long as it is predestined.

If reincarnated, it will basically be transferred in the greater Tibetan area, including Nepal and northern India.

If other living buddhas are identified. Living Buddha, also known as enlightened beings, is the most precious thing in the world. As long as you really do something that benefits all beings, you can call it that, which is a bit like calling a good person a bodhisattva in Chinese.
