Guo Ziyi (697-78 1), Zi Ziyi, was born in Zheng County, Huazhou City (now Huazhou, Shaanxi Province). In his early years, he learned martial arts and was appointed as the governor of Zuo Wei with "different grades" (according to the inscription on the tablet of Guojiamiao, the official history was mistaken for "the long history of Zuo Wei" and he was a six-level official. It is less likely that Ziyi Wuju and other officials will directly do six things).

Later, he was transferred to the governor of Guizhou, deputy commander-in-chief of Shan Yudu, Zhenwu Ambassador, deputy commander-in-chief of Anxi and deputy commander-in-chief of Beiting. In March of the eighth year of Tianbao (749), Guo Ziyi was promoted to General Zuo Wuwei (third-class, inscribed in the inscription of Guogong Temple, and officially known as "General Zuo Wei").

The ambassador of Hengsai Army and Deputy Anbei were all guarded, and the ambassador of Hengsai Army was changed to the ambassador of Tiandejun. In the spring of the 13th year of Tianbao (754), Guo Ziyi was appointed as the commander-in-chief of Jiuyuan County (Fengzhou), the ambassador to the west of the city, the satrap of Jiuyuan County, and the ambassador to the right wing of Shuofang. Soon, his mother and his wife Wei died, and he left his post and went home to be filial.
