Which city does Shaodong County of Hunan Province belong to?

Shaodong County is a county-level city in Shaoyang, alias Zhaoyang. Shaoyang City is located in the southwest of Hunan, in the upper reaches of Zijiang River, with Xuefeng Mountain peaks rising in the west and falling in the north. Zijiang River flows through the whole territory from southwest to northeast, with a hilly basin in the middle, Hengyang in the east, Yongzhou and Guilin in the south, Huaihua in the west and Loudi in the north, with a total area of 20,824 square kilometers.
