The origin of Luoling in Zoucheng can be traced back to1September, 958, when Luoling Commune was established in Beisu Town, Zoucheng. Regarding the origin of the name "Luoling", one argument is that "Luoling" originally meant "fallen gods", meaning "fallen undead", because this place was the famous Lingshan tomb group at that time.
