? There are many large and small temples in China, and Jinshan Temple in Zhenjiang is a famous ancient temple. Jinshan Temple was founded in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, with a history of about 1600 years. It is the birthplace of China Land and Water Dharma Association, where the Buddhist scriptures are recited and lent, and the Buddha worships the dead backstage. It has a very important position in Buddhism. But personally, I think the fame of Jinshan Temple should be attributed to the stories of The Legend of the White Snake and Water Over the Golden Mountain.
How can you go to Zhenjiang without going to Jinshan Temple? On the afternoon of May 30th, 2065438+08, after visiting Zhenjiang Museum, my husband and I went to Jinshan Park again. A few days ago in Nanjing, Jiangsu, these two days in Zhenjiang. The weather was not very good, but the sun came out as soon as we entered Jinshan Park.
Entering the gate of Jinshan Park, you can see the iconic tower of Jinshan Temple far away, and you can go directly to the temple without asking for directions. Because the gate of Jinshan Temple faces west, it is afternoon and the sun shines on the gate. The gate reads "Ancient Temple of the Eastern Jin Dynasty", and the "Jiangtian Temple" on it is actually Kangxi Imperial Pen (now an imitation). There are a pair of marble lions at the entrance of the temple. It is said that touching them will bring good luck to people, and they have been touched very smoothly. There is a tall magnolia tree on the left side of the temple gate. At this time, it is flowering. The magnolia trees are in full bloom and the flowers are overflowing.
Jinshan Temple was built on the Jinshan Mountain at an altitude of only 43.7 meters. Jinshan was originally an island of the Yangtze River. In the 1970s, 19 was gradually connected with the land, and all of them landed at the beginning of last century. Jinshan Temple is built on the mountain, with a large scale. Heavenly King Hall, Mahayana Hall, Sutra Pavilion, Guanyin Pavilion, Cishou Tower, layers of attics and terraces, all wrapped the mountain tightly. Walking all the way from the right, we only saw the splendid temples, but we couldn't see the mountain. This is the architectural feature of "Shanbao Temple" in Jinshan.
I am not a Buddhist, but I will worship Buddha when I enter a temple. Before entering the temple, I followed the instructions of Jinshan Temple and worshipped Buddha at the designated place. Although it was written that incense was free, I followed fate. Who knows, as soon as we entered Tianwang Temple, we were led to two monks by people who enthusiastically guided us to burn incense, saying that we would get rid of Tai Sui. Those two monks actually called in people from the temple loudly to get rid of Tai Sui, and I almost ran away. When I came out to see the Hall of Ursa Major, the main entrance was blocked. I don't know if I can enter the left and right doors, and I'm worried that I will have the same experience when I enter the hall, so I dare not enter the hall and walk around the hall along the right side of the Hall of Ursa Major.
From the right side of Ursa Major, I can see the blue sky, the black cornices, the yellow walls, the red doors and windows, the gray stone steps, and the bells swaying on the cornices ... I can't help but stop when I see this picture, and I don't want to leave for a long time.
Turn to the back of Daxiong Hall, and you can see the Buddhist Scripture Building, the main cornice you just saw. At this time, a tour guide is explaining that the Buddhist scripture building is an old building and was not destroyed by the fire of 1948. Standing behind the Hall of Great Heroes, looking up, the Tibetan Scripture Building is tall and majestic, which makes people awe-inspiring. The tower at the left rear of the Tibetan Scripture Building is the famous Cishou Tower.
Continue to climb from the right side of Buddhist scripture building. When you pass a stone arch, you will see a beautiful light shadow painting. Standing under the stone arch, you will see a yellow arched door that says "stop at the best" There are steps behind the door, and the invisible steps are half bright and half dark. You feel there will be another time and space behind the door.
? Passing through the door that makes me feel "mysterious", there is a gray stone railing on the left and a yellow courtyard wall on the right, and I feel very quiet. Walking up the stone steps, you will see two closed metal doors, which are Su Shi's famous scripture copying place-Lenggatai. Lengjiatai, also known as Sujing Building, is located halfway up the mountain on the south side of Jinshan Mountain. During the Song and Yuan Dynasties, Su Dongpo's teacher Zhang taught him a Shurangama Sutra and asked him to print it. Fo Yin, the abbot of Jinshan, said: "There is no end to printing. If it is engraved on a book, it will last forever." Therefore, Dongpo lived in Jinshan to copy scriptures, and his later editions were hidden in Jinshan. In the fourth year of the Southern Song Dynasty (1 168), Yin Bao, a monk, founded the Lengga Terrace on the right side of the abbot's room, and built a "Lengga Room" beside it to commemorate Dongpo Sutra.
? Go further from Lengga Terrace to the highest point, Jiangtianting. At this time, you will feel that you are in a "golden mountain". The first thing that catches your eye is the domineering Kangxi Imperial Monument "A glimpse of the river"; Looking up, the Cishou Tower towering into the sky; Overlooking the surrounding area, you can see the panoramic view of the majestic Jinshan Temple nearby, the water and sky in the distance, and the new look of Zhenjiang. With such beautiful scenery, it is no wonder that Kangxi wrote "A Glimpse of the River" with a wave of his imperial pen, but the original monument has been destroyed and is now imitated by Ceng Guoquan.
Jinshan has beautiful natural scenery, and Jinshan Temple, an ancient temple. Emperors who love Jiangnan scenery will naturally not miss it. In addition to Kangxi, Qianlong visited Jiangnan six times and Jinshan Temple six times. Therefore, there is a royal pier at the foot of the mountain. It is said that Kangxi Qianlong visited Jinshan and landed from the Royal Pier.
On the wall behind the Cishou Tower is the word "Heaven and Earth are of the same rank". I don't know whether to pray for Cishou Tower or Jinshan Temple, or whether human beings are on the same level as heaven and earth?
Down the hill from the north of Cishou Tower, you will soon see Fahai Cave. Aside from folklore, Zen master Fahai was really the first abbot of Jinshan Temple. Although Jinshan Temple was built in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, it had already declined in the Tang Dynasty. It is said that Fahai dug dirt in the mountains to build temples, and even found gold and gave it to the government. The government gave it to the emperor, who was deeply moved and gave it to Fahai to rebuild the temple. This mountain was named Jinshan from then on, and the temple was called "Jinshan Temple" from then on.
Out of respect, I walked into Fahai Cave and bowed to the statue of Fahai. Just standing up, the monk behind him said, "If you worship, you must pay your merits." After the fate, the image of Jinshan Temple was completely destroyed in my heart, and the Guanyin Pavilion behind it was also unintentional. I bypassed the Cishou Tower and hurried down. When I was walking around the tower, a monk was talking to a young woman. I didn't know whether to cancel my visa or tell my fortune.
Looking at the resplendent temples, I have an indescribable feeling of "having a happy heart".
? I saw a pavilion with seven peaks on the guide map, so I went around to have a look. It turns out that this pavilion is related to Yue Fei and records the friendship between the national hero Yue Fei and the abbot of Jinshan. Yue Fei returned to Lin 'an with twelve gold coins, and went to Jinshan Temple to visit the Taoist abbot. Dao Yue predicted that Yue Fei's future was not good, and repeatedly advised Yue Fei not to go back, but Yue Fei felt that the life of the son of heaven was inevitable. When Yue Fei was killed, he couldn't help sighing: "Don't listen to Tao Yue!"
After Yue Fei was killed, Qin Gui sent someone to trace who was Dao Yue. When the tracker chased Jinshan Temple, Daoyue was on the stage, finished reading a poem, and Daoyue sat down and died. When Qin Gui heard about it, he immediately sent someone to Jinshan to level the Qifeng Mountain where Fang Yue practiced, with the intention that Jinshan would never become a monk. Although the seven peaks of Jinshan were razed to the ground by Qin Gui, a pavilion with seven peaks was built on the original site to replace the peaks. Later, Qifeng Pavilion was destroyed by a fire, which led to Qifeng Pavilion.
In addition to the national hero Yue Fei, there is also a heroine who resists gold, which is related to Jinshan. She is the famous Liang Hongyu, and the well-known story of "Liang Hongyu beating Jinshan with gongs and drums" happened in Miao Gaotai of Jinshan. Liang Hongyu should be a heroine that can be found in history books.
From the moment I climbed to the highest point of Jinshan to overlook the beautiful scenery around me, two questions puzzled me: Now that Jinshan has landed, what is the water around Jinshan now? Does it pass the Yangtze River? The guide map only shows Lake Taying. Baihuazhou and the first spring in the world are all in this lake, belonging to Jinshan Park Scenic Area. What about the remaining large areas of water? It should be Jinshan Lake, a new landscape in Zhenjiang, which integrates sightseeing and flood control. Jinshan Lake should be free of tickets, and it is separated from Jinshan Park, so we will find someone walking on the road in the big lake of Jinshan Scenic Area, but we can't walk there.
Come out from the gate of Jinshan Temple, cross Guanyin Square and turn right, and you will see the open lake. There are islands, bridges, boats and reflections in the lake. In particular, a red sightseeing trestle was built on the water near Jinshan Temple, which was reflected in the water with the yellow temple. It is very beautiful.
? After crossing the trestle, we arrived at the Royal Pier. It is said that Emperor Kanggan climbed Jinshan from then on. At that time, Jinshan was still in the Yangtze River, so it is certain that the original pier was not like this.
? From the Royal Pier to the foot of Jinshan, you can see Bailong Cave. There is a statue of White Dragon and Green Dragon in the cave, and there is a small hole, which says, "It is said that this hole leads directly to Hangzhou West Lake". It is estimated that no one wants to verify whether this hole leads to the West Lake. Although Jinshan Temple is only a legend, it is still possible to be flooded by the Yangtze River once or twice for thousands of years because Jinshan was originally in the Yangtze River.
? Besides the legend that water overflowed Jinshan, it is said that the place where Tang Priest became a monk in Journey to the West should be Jinshan Temple in Zhenjiang. Because Wu Cheng'en visited Jinshan Temple many times and left poems, the scene of Tang Priest becoming a monk described in The Journey to the West coincides with Jinshan Temple in Zhenjiang.
Zhenjiang's unique position in other places makes it the main road of ancient waterway transportation, and Jinshan Temple is also a famous ancient temple. Countless literati have visited Jinshan and left poems: Zhang Hu, Wang Anshi, Fan Zhongyan, Xin Qiji, Lu You, Qin Guan, Su Zhe ... My favorite Su Dongpo has a greater relationship with Jinshan Temple: not only the aforementioned Leng Gatai copied scriptures, but also the wonderful platform dancing with the moon: there is also the "Dongpo Jade Belt", which lost a bet with Fo Yin to Fo Yin and is now one of the Four Treasures of the Study of Jinshan Temple. It is natural for poets of Su Da to write poems for Jinshan Temple, and it is even more rare to dream: "Dream of Jinshan" and "JIACOME in Jiangdong will be scattered all over the building in the autumn. The wind is ripe in the middle of the night, and I lie down and play the flute to Yangzhou. "
In addition to Su Dongpo's remains in Jinshan Temple, there is another place in Jinshan Temple related to a poet, that is, Furong Building, which became a famous building because of the poem "Two Farewells to the Lotus Inn" by Wang Changling, a poet in the Tang Dynasty. (a) "cold rainy night into the river Wu, Fujian alone. If relatives and friends in Luoyang ask each other, a piece of ice heart is in the jade pot. " (2) "It is cloudy in autumn in the south of Danyang, and deep in the north of Danyang. High-rise buildings should not be drunk, lonely and cold. " Even though I don't know Wang Changling, the poem "A piece of ice in the jade pot" has been passed down through the ages.
Looking at Jinshan Temple from Furong Building, Pavilion, Three Pagodas and Jinshan Cishou Pagoda echo each other. It's a pity that several tall buildings make the painting style of the whole painting different.
Not far from the Furong Building is the first spring in the world-Zhenjiang Zhong Ling Spring. There are at least seven springs in China, such as Baotu Spring in Jinan (there was no spring in the year I went). Zhenjiang Spring was rated as the seventh spring in the world by Tang Lu Yu, and later named the first spring in the world by Liu. Zhong Ling Spring was once a unique spring on the Yangtze River, and it was very difficult to get water, so there was only water at noon and noon every day. Wen Tianxiang, a famous poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, once had a poem saying: "The first spring in the heart of the Yangtze River, Yuan Wen went from south to north, but Loulan's poems were cut down, and the gods were worshipped in leisure tea." Things have changed. Due to the change of river course, the spring mouth has now become land, but the spring water is still clear and green. The stone fence of Zhong Lingquan that we see now was built by Wang Renkan, the magistrate of Zhenjiang during Guangxu period, and the word "the first spring in the world" was also written by Wang Renkan. The pavilion behind Zhong Ling Spring is a "pavilion"-taking water as a mirror and the spring as a mirror. I saw an unbearable scene in such a beautiful place. A young man spat in the spring, only to feel a roll in his stomach.
Afraid of getting lost, we returned from the original road of Furong Building. The fisherman in Lu Yu You Yue asked if the lake was connected with the Yangtze River. A: It is blocked now. Go through Yungen Island, Baihuazhou, Jing Tian Garden and Lotus Pond, and then walk to Jinshan Temple. At this time, the temple gate has been closed. We crossed Sanfu Bridge from the entrance of Jinshan Temple and came to Jinshan Cultural Square. This is a huge square, a huge clock table and a huge warp wheel ... this is the last scenic spot we visited. It was dark, and all the tourists left, even most of the shopkeepers. At this moment, the Jinshan Temple under the night is quiet and peaceful.
Goodbye, Jinshan Temple with history and story.
