Development prospect of Hunchun Port

Scientific demonstration, active coordination, strive for the support of relevant central departments and provincial and state governments, open up and build four national first-class ports as soon as possible, and build Hunchun into the first port city in the real sense of the country. First, open up and build anti-Sichuan inland river ports. Cooperate with the provincial and state governments to continue to do a good job in restoring the navigation rights of Tumen River to the sea, and timely open up and build the Fangcheng inland port, making it the main transportation channel for China to freely enter and leave the Sea of Japan. The second is to open up and build a watershed railway port and a watershed highway port between China and Russia. Watershed Port is a traditional port with a long history, and it is the closest port to Vladivostok, the capital of Primorsky Territory of Russia, and Ussurisk, the main cargo distribution center in the Far East. The opening of the port in the late Qing Dynasty was to catch a carriage to Vladivostok's trading port once a day. The "East Side Road" railway to be built by the Ministry of Railways of China passes by nearby. With its unique geographical advantages, the watershed port will become the best port between China and Russian in the near future. The third is to open up and build railway ports between China and North Korea. Shuaiwanzi railway port was an old port opened and used during the puppet Manchukuo period. The opposite port is North Korea's Xunrong Railway Port, and the distance between the two ports is less than five kilometers. It is easy to build a bridge on Tumen River. The urgent task of the railway transportation corridor is to restore the normal operation of the Sino-Russian Hunchun-Mahalino international railway as soon as possible. In addition, we will focus on the following projects: First, Hunchun Railway Port-Kamesova Asia Station-zarubino Port, Kamesova Asia Station-Bo Schet Port Y-type standard gauge railway construction project. Second, the Hunchun railway port passenger dedicated line, wheel changing facilities, and the second and third heavy line construction projects. The third is the construction project of Hunchun-Dongning section of "Dongbiandao" railway. Fourth, the watershed railway port-Ussurisk station mixed gauge railway construction project. Fifth, the comprehensive inspection building of watershed railway port, passenger dedicated line, railway reloading line, wheel changing facilities, customs supervision warehouse and freight yard construction projects. 6. First, increase the construction of tourist attractions and scenic spots to attract more domestic and foreign tourists to Hunchun for vacation and summer vacation. The construction of Fangchuan Scenic Area focuses on the construction of scenic spots such as "Looking at the Three Kingdoms at a glance", "Dune Park" and "Lotus Lake Park". At the same time, it is necessary to newly develop and construct "Longshan Lake Park", "Laolongkou Reservoir", "Hunchun Beishan Park" and "Hunchun River Citizen Park". Second, in view of the needs of foreign tourists such as Russia, South Korea and Japan, we should cultivate and build a high-quality, multi-functional comprehensive wholesale market with diverse varieties, high quality and low price, which can meet the shopping requirements of tourists of different grades, and increase the construction of tourist hotels, restaurants and leisure and entertainment places. Third, strengthen the management of hotels, restaurants, places of leisure and entertainment, shopping markets, tourist attractions, tourism transportation companies and other tourism companies and service window units, strengthen the on-the-job training of service window attendants, and provide quality services for tourists. Fourth, actively broaden the forms of border tourism. Drawing lessons from the advanced domestic tourism management experience and operation mode, on the basis of the existing three-day tour in Russia and two-day tour in North Korea, we will actively explore special projects such as "China, Russia, Korea and Japan" or "Tumen River country", form a Northeast Asian tourism circle with Hunchun as the axis, and attract more domestic and foreign tourists to visit Hunchun.
