Dayu County is located at the southwest end of Jiangxi Province, southwest of Ganzhou City, upstream of Zhangjiang River and at the northern foot of Yuling Mountain. There are mineral deposits such as tungsten, tin, lead, copper, molybdenum, bismuth and rare earth, among which tungsten resources rank first in the world, including Xihuashan, Dangping, Piaotang and Xia Long.
