Third city landscaping administrative departments in charge of the city's park management, the park management agencies to which they belong are specifically responsible for the daily work of the labor park and Gaoershan Park public security and safety management.

The administrative departments of urban landscaping in Xinfu District and Dongzhou District are respectively responsible for the management of children's parks and Xintun Park, and the park management institutions they belong to are specifically responsible for the daily work of public security and safety management in parks.

The relevant departments of the municipal and district people's governments shall, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, do a good job in the public order and safety management of parks. Article 4 All units and individuals shall abide by the regulations on public order and safety management in parks, and have the right to dissuade and report acts endangering public order and safety in parks. Chapter II Administration of Public Security Article 5 Park management agencies shall strengthen the management of landscaping and environmental sanitation in parks, and keep water bodies clean and parks clean and beautiful. (6) Diving, swimming, fishing and fishing;

(7) Discarding, dumping or discharging pollutants into water bodies;

(sixteen) holding exhibitions, opening up fitness venues and organizing various fitness and entertainment activities without authorization;

(seventeen) other acts that damage the park facilities, equipment and public order. Chapter III Safety Management Article 15 Park management agencies shall establish and improve the safety management system and strengthen the safety management of water activities, animal exhibitions and amusement facilities. Sixteenth park management agencies shall formulate emergency plans for public emergencies. In case of emergency, corresponding measures such as evacuating tourists should be taken immediately, and report to the administrative department of urban landscaping and relevant departments in time.

Park management agencies should set up necessary safety facilities and obvious warning signs in the dangerous areas and parts of the tour. Seventeenth approved activities held in the park, the organizer shall implement safety measures to ensure the safety of activities.
