Does anyone know the name of this bird?

White-waisted wenbird, commonly known as ~ 10 elder sister, fortune-telling bird and valley bird, belongs to the golden-bellied finch family. Produced in south-central China, south of the Yangtze River and Southeast Asia, it feeds on cereals, millet and rapeseed.

The picture shows that ~ is the most primitive' ten sister birds'. At present, the ten sister birds have basically' crossed and evolved' into many birds of different colors.
