On Saturday, grandpa, grandma, sister and my family went to Xikou to play with me. We got on my uncle's car and headed for Fenghua Xikou.

After about 40 minutes' drive, we arrived at Fenghua Xikou. Grandpa told us that Xikou is the hometown of Chiang Kai-shek, and he once lived in Xikou. So, we set out to see if Xikou, Chiang Kai-shek's hometown, is worthy of the name.

We came to Wuling Gate, which is not only magnificent in appearance, but also exquisitely carved in the interior and has strong walls. Looking from the tower, we can see many beautiful scenery, and people are full of praise after seeing it. After visiting Wulingmen, we walked to other scenic spots. I couldn't help drooling when I smelled the smell of Melaleuca cake on the road, so I bought several packages of Melaleuca cake and walked while eating. We visited other scenic spots, such as Jiang's old house. There is a big house in the middle of Chiang's old house, surrounded by houses. The house used to look ordinary, but if you look closely, you will find that the wood carving is exquisite and really lives up to its reputation!

On August 15, I went to Xikou to play with my parents and brother.

We first came to the "Sanzang Pot". Walking in the direction indicated by the road sign, I heard a rumbling sound, and walked down 100 steps, only to find that it was the sound of a waterfall. There is a small Taoist temple under the waterfall. The Taoist in the Taoist temple said to us, "There is a big stone here that looks like a man. Can you find it? " I looked around and found that there really was a big stone that looked like a man on the upper left about 40 degrees away from me.

As we walked on, we found a bigger waterfall below, which was very spectacular and reminded me of Li Bai's poem Looking at Lushan Waterfall. Before coming to the waterfall, a cool breeze blew gently. The water drops in the gap are dancing in succession, as if performing for us ~ ~ ~ ~

We came to the "wonderful platform" again. Go to the top of the mountain, stand on the edge of the cliff and look down. I was surprised to find a long waterfall here! And there is a curved rainbow hanging on the waterfall, which is really beautiful. I asked my father to take this once-in-a-lifetime scene. My father stood on the edge of the cliff with a camera and leaned out to take pictures. ......

In the afternoon, we came to the "House of the Republic of China". As soon as you enter the door, you will face the "Little Ancient Museum", which contains many ancient daily necessities. I also saw a wooden pirate ship, hey! I have never been on a pirate ship since I was a child. ......

I had a good time today.
