Where does Zhangbei area refer to?

Zhangbei area refers to Zhangbei County, which is located in the northwest of Hebei Province and Bashang area on the southern edge of Inner Mongolia Plateau. The territory is 109 km long from east to west and 67 km long from north to south. It borders Chongli District in the southeast and Huapiling is the highest point in the county. The northern and central parts are flat, gradually decreasing to the northwest, with Angulinao as the lowest point.
