The notice is as follows:

3. Take public transport, access to communities, scenic spots, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, hospitals and other public places. , or refuse to cooperate with the management personnel to persuade them to wear masks, check their body temperature and check health information, and forcibly enter;

22. The person in charge of a unit or market entity or relevant personnel instigates or abets employees to violate epidemic prevention and control requirements, evade code scanning registration, health information verification or conceal travel information, and conceal the history of close contact with confirmed cases or suspected cases, which belongs to the act of refusing to implement the decisions and orders issued by the people's government according to law in an emergency.

For individuals, enterprises or units suspected of the above acts, relevant departments such as public security, health and hygiene, market supervision, transportation, cultural tourism and online information will divide their responsibilities, and according to the nature, circumstances, occasions, causes and degree of harm of the violation of epidemic prevention measures, according to the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Emergency Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Health Emergencies and relevant provisions on the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
