Are Xunyang and Ankang equal?

Xunyang City and Ankang City are not equal. Xunyang County belongs to Ankang City, Shaanxi Province. Xunyang is named after Xunshui and belongs to a county-level city. Ankang City is located in the southeast of Shaanxi Province, bordering Qinling Mountains in the north and Bashan Mountain in the south. The Hanshui River runs through the east and west, and the landform is characterized by mountains in the south and mountains in the north, with valleys and basins in the middle.
