Method for making braised spareribs

Chop the ribs into small pieces, rinse them, then put them in a pot and soak them in water. After drawing blood, take it out and drain it. Pour hot oil into the pot, saute shallots, ginger and garlic, then pour ribs, stir fry, and then pour in soy sauce, soy sauce and cooking wine.

Stir-fry and color, then pour in hot water, just like ribs. Add the lid, bring the water to a boil, turn to low heat, and continue to burn until more than a quarter of the soup is left.
