2001July 13 In order to celebrate the success of the Olympic bid, the Shui people held a grand sacrifice in Sandu with 99 altars and 9,000 liquors. This 99-altar 9000 wine was hoarded at the ceremony and buried deep underground. Seven years later, on July 18, 2008, the aquarium held a grand blessing ceremony again. That year, 99 altars and 9,000 bottles of wine hoarded by Sandu were airlifted to Beijing, and an activity of "Blessing Beijing and praising the Olympics with wine" was held in the awarding hall of the State Sports General Administration. Mr. Shui Shu prayed for the success of the Olympic Games with 9,000 wine chanting, and wished that the total number of gold medals of China Legion would reach more than 40 (finally 5 1). Therefore, 9000 wine has become the only official blessing wine for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. According to Mr. Shui Shu's calculation, the auspicious time for the opening of this Olympic Games should be: 8 pm on August 8, 2008.
