Open a picture.

Drag the logo to the appropriate position in the picture, usually in the upper left corner. Press ctrl+t to resize to make it proportional.

If you want to use a ready-made logo, you can do something. Open the logo material, click the circled position with the magic wand tool, and press the delele key to delete it. Ctrl+d cancels the selection.

Switch the moving tool, drag the logo into the background image, and press ctrl+t to resize. Set the transparency to 40%, so that the logo can better blend with the background.
