Is Puning Chaoshan?

Puning is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province and is managed by Jieyang City. It is located in the southeast of Guangdong Province, in the west of Chaoshan Plain, and in the upper reaches of Rongjiang, Lianjiang and Longjiang. Puning has a long history and was inhabited three or four thousand years ago. In the pre-Qin period, the Central Plains regime did not actually control Puning area, and it was not until the Qin and Han Dynasties that Fangnan became the territory of the Central Plains dynasty. Puning landform:

Puning Mountain is a branch of Yin Na Mountain which extends to the southeast. The southern part is Da Nanshan, the southwestern part is Emei Mountain and Nanyang Mountain, the northeastern part is the low hills between Lianjiang and Rongjiang, and the central part of Lianjiang and the northern part of Rongjiang are vast alluvial-diluvial plains with terraces distributed between the plains and hills. The terrain inclines from southwest to northeast with a gentle slope.

Mount Emei in the southwest is 980 meters above sea level (Yellow Sea base, the same below), which is the highest peak in the city. Wangtianding in the south is 972 meters above sea level, which is the second highest peak. The elevation of Xiaweiwang Village in Nanxi Town of Northeast China is1.30m, which is the lowest point in the city. The mountainous area in southwest China is dominated by uplifting structure erosion, and the eastern part is dominated by accumulation.
