What is the legend, origin and related history of Yulong River beside Century Road in Zhangdian District, Zibo? Is it artificial or natural?

Longhe Yulong River is located in the middle of the central city, close to Century Road, and its water source mainly comes from Mansi River in the upper reaches.

Mansi River is one of the four major rivers in Zibo (the other three are Laozi River, Fuxiao River and Zhulong River), which is located in Nanding District of Zibo City.
