What do you mean by shooting percentage?

The so-called shooting hit is that the shot warhead hits the target. Hit ratio = hit times/total startup times x 100%

Example: A soldier fires 100 bullets and hits the target 98 times, then his hit rate is 98/ 100x 100%=98%.
