Haiyun Temple, located in Song Feng City, Heilongjiang Province, China, is an early Taoist shrine in northeast China. Built in China Jin Dynasty (1115-1234), it has a history of more than 800 years. According to legend, Xiao Baozhen, the founder of Taiyi Road, was invited by the Jin Emperor to preach in Northeast China and lived in Song Feng, where he was highly treated. The emperor also ordered the establishment of a Taoist temple for him and gave him a plaque of "Tai Wan Shou Guan". Yun Guan Temple is antique and solemn, with an endless stream of worshippers. Every year on some major festivals, Taoist priests hold grand ceremonies to pray for national peace and favorable weather.

The book Memories of Religious Societies in Heilongjiang Province records that "in 1900, Taoist Sun Mingchang built Yun Guan Temple in Xiangfang District, which was the beginning of the introduction of Taoism into Harbin." It can be seen that this Taoist temple, located in Zengfu Street in Xiangfang District, is in the position of Taoism in Harbin. The base of Ci is dedicated to Taoist Sun Mingchang. At that time, there were main halls, east and west halls, mountain gates and bell and drum towers.
