Is it too early or too late to get married at 26?

It is not too late to get married at the age of 26, and there is no clear stipulation on the age of late marriage in our country, as follows:

1, male shall not be earlier than 22 years old and female shall not be earlier than 20 years old;

2. Marriage must be completely voluntary, and both men and women are not allowed to force each other or any third party to interfere. Voluntary marriage is mainly reflected in:

(1) Both men and women should have the ability to express their wishes for marriage;

(2) The consent of both men and women to get married must be true;

(3) The consent of both men and women to get married must conform to the legal form.

3. The age of marriage shall not be earlier than 22 for men and 20 for women. The age of marriage is stipulated by law, which is also a common practice in many countries. The determination of the legal age for marriage is influenced by two factors:

(1) Natural factors, that is, the physical and mental development and maturity of people who are greatly influenced by geographical environment and climate;

(2) Social factors, that is, a certain mode of production and corresponding social conditions, such as politics, economy, population, morality, religion and customs. The agricultural economy in slave society and feudal society implemented the policy of early marriage, and the age of marriage was generally low.

4, in line with the basic principles of monogamy. A marriage system featuring freedom of marriage, monogamy and equality between men and women shall be implemented. Marriage must conform to monogamy, and our country's laws explicitly prohibit bigamy.
