I feel insincere because I am dubious. When I read the scripture, I feel solemn and solemn, and I feel I must repent. Swear to change. However, due to lack of concentration, people often get bored after getting up the next day or 2-3 days later. If they are entangled in the world, their lazy hearts will rise. Next time I read the Bible, I will regret that I didn't carry it out seriously. This is due to one's own karma and is a habit of the past. To change it (I am also such a person), I think you should set up a punishment measure. After watching a movie, imagine that you will become an uncontrollable animal in your next life, or imagine that you will go to hell after death, and you will suffer constantly because of your contempt, and you will have the idea of controlling yourself. Or if you don't achieve any goals, you can't eat for a day, slap yourself in the face, and so on. You have to tell yourself: if you can't control even small things, there is no hope of becoming a Buddha, and you will continue to suffer because you can't control yourself in the future! You can't live if you commit a crime. Always remind yourself!

Also, we beginners all start from reading the Bible. At that time, we didn't have a deep understanding of Buddhism, so it was inevitable that we would have such an idea. When you get to know Buddhism in the future, you will understand that if you don't read the scriptures, you will be bound by them. Reading classics has merits, and not knowing the meaning of classics is slandering Buddhism. I suggest you look at Dade's notes on Cang Di Classic and explain. Don't think that you will understand because I said something ugly. If you go up, you will find that you don't understand at all, even the meaning of words. That's what I want to tell myself, hehe.
