"Bi" means "Imperial Horse supervises the main hall", and there are many officials in charge of thousands of horses, such as Supervisor Cheng, Supervisor Deputy, Canon Book and Lux. This is similar to the imperial horse prison in the Ming Dynasty, which began in the Hongwu period of Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang, and the officials were eunuchs.

The official positions of these supervisors in charge of royal horses are not vulgar. In fact, the homonym of the important position "Bi" is "avoiding horse plague". The ancients believed that monkeys could prevent horse plague and keep horses healthy. A monkey will be put in the stable of a big house, and the Monkey King is the monkey put in the stable by the Jade Emperor.
