The main deeds of Dr. Yu are as follows:

Dr. Yu is a scholar in his fifties. He is very loyal. He did a series of good deeds and was entrusted by his friends. After arriving in imperial academy, he fulfilled his promise and gave martial arts books to take care of. Chu Xin and Yu suggested that Dr. Yu hold his birthday in spring to collect some gifts for the spring outing, but they refused.

Dr. Yu's old neighbor, Mr. Tang Xianggong, came to see him and told him that he had sold the house that Dr. Yu asked him to live in because of lack of money. Dr. Yu was not angry, but also gave him another sum of money to rent a house and sent a Guo-zi-Jian diploma who committed gambling to Yingtianfu.
