Did the Buddha ever say not to look at the stars?

In the Buddha's precepts (the precepts of Brahma Bodhisattva), the Buddha asked his disciples not to look at the stars for others to make money. This is called "evil fate gains wealth", which means that it is not a legitimate thing for Buddhist disciples to look at the stars.

Therefore, it is ok for Buddhist disciples to entertain themselves occasionally in astrology and fortune telling, but it is not appropriate to insist on such things.
