Tao Biao's case

The storytelling court held that Tao Biaogong, as a people's teacher, committed obscene acts on seven girls in class for a long time in public, which caused serious damage to their physical and mental health. His behavior has constituted the crime of child molestation, and the circumstances are serious and the influence is bad, which should be severely punished according to law. However, considering that Tao Biaogong can truthfully confess his criminal facts after being brought to justice, it should be regarded as a confession and can be given a lighter punishment according to law. Accordingly, the court sentenced Tao Biaogong to 14 years in prison and deprived of political rights for 4 years.
