Synopsis of story:

The actress Ye (played by Chen Yingzhi) had breast augmentation many times, and she had surgical sequelae. This film is the work of Uncle Ying 1992, and its Hong Kong name is "Skimpy Ghost", which is more appropriate for the whole film! Jin Ping Mei was the title of this film when it was released in Taiwan Province Province. Presumably, the producer wants to use the name of Ghost, the masterpiece of Kung Fu fantasy film, to attract more audience's interest!

Billy Chan, the director of this film, is a little-known director, but British fans should be familiar with him. In his early years, he was Bruce Lee's partner like Uncle Ying. Later, he worked as a martial arts designer in Hongjiaban (such as Hu Jinquan's Woman and Jackie Chan's Long Zhixin), and also played a supporting role in several kung fu fantasy movies in Hongjiaban. By the 1990s, he had made many films, mostly based on fantasy films, with the cooperation of Uncle Ying.

The production of this film is not excellent, and the plot is also suspected of copying the routine of Hollywood thrillers: on a desert island, there are always a group of unlucky young people camping, and some ghosts and gods are always dying. But what Hollywood can't do is that we have an uncle who always shows his talents in times of crisis to help these young people save the day.

It took about half an hour for Uncle Ying to appear in the feature film, which seems a little late, but I think the real story begins from the moment when Uncle Ying appears. It seems a little slow to take such a long time to pave the way for the story. Uncle Ying's character design in the play is more morbid than before (such as coughing from time to time), but this morbid design has not played any role in the story. It seems that Uncle Ying intends to hint at the decline of fantasy films. In the film, Uncle Ying moved from the city to live on a desert island, living in seclusion and being ignorant of the world.
