Where is Ningjin Park?

Ningjin Bohai area is located in Ningjin County, Longyao County, Xinhe County and Julu County of Hebei Province in the south of Hebei Plain. It is mainly distributed in the southeast of Ningjin County and the northeast of Longyao, so it is called Ningjinbo.

Ningjin County is located on the alluvial plain at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain. The terrain is low and flat, slightly inclined from northwest to southeast. The slope of the ground has dropped to one in four thousand. 25-35 meters above sea level. There are many rivers in the territory, which is known as "the lower tip of Jiujiang".

As of 7: 00 on August 1 2023, due to the excessive flood discharge from the upstream reservoir, Beishahe in Ningjin County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province seriously exceeded the standard, resulting in four overflow points: Majiazhuang section of Beishahe in Zuo Di, Guxia village section on the right bank of Beishahe, Beishaliang village section in Zuo Di of Beishahe and Dacaozhuang town section on the right bank of Weihe River.

After expert consultation and judgment, in order to reduce the pressure of flood control in key downstream areas, Ningjin County Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters has taken the initiative to divert flood from the overflow section in the upstream. According to statistics, there are three flooded towns in Ningjin County, namely Hequ Town, Ningxi Office and Dacaozhuang Town, and 57,546 people have been transferred. Eight of the 37 resettlement sites in Ningjin County have been opened, all of which are equipped with catering, disinfection, medical care, heatstroke prevention and other materials.

In response to this heavy rainfall process, in recent years, various departments at all levels in Xingtai City have put the safety of people's lives and property in the first place, paid close attention to the dynamics of public opinion and disasters, strengthened organizational leadership, consultation and judgment, overall scheduling, dike inspection and emergency rescue and disaster relief, resolutely and decisively transferred all people involved in risks, fully guaranteed the safety of people's lives and property, and strived to minimize all kinds of losses.

In the face of the severe flood situation, all levels and departments in Xingtai City have overcome their paralysis and relaxed mentality and firmly twisted into a rope, forming a joint force for flood fighting, emergency rescue and disaster relief. Xingtai City Fire Rescue Detachment strengthened its duty, optimized its troop dispatch, organized 19 professional water rescue formations and combat support forces, and mobilized 260 fire fighters, 24 assault boats, 48 rubber boats and 12 sets of diving equipment.

More than 4,400 sets of water rescue and lifesaving equipment were put in front of key areas and key river basins in the city, and key low-lying areas and railway tunnels were inspected to eliminate hidden dangers in time. In response to the received alarm such as accident rescue, fire rescue personnel rushed to the scene at the first time.

All the cadres and workers of Xingtai water system are on duty, and the inspection and defense of major buildings such as reservoirs and dams are strengthened to ensure early detection and early disposal of dangerous situations. Xingtai City Traffic and Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment conducts "dragnet" investigation on roads, bridges, tunnels and other sections prone to landslides and water accumulation in the whole region, and makes every effort to ensure the safe and smooth road transportation.
