Introduction of Shuinan Village

Shuinan Village belongs to Yacheng Town, Sanya City, Hainan Province. It is a famous ancient cultural village in Hainan, named after it is located south of the downstream of Ningyuan River, the fourth largest river in Hainan. Many famous people in history are related to it. Huang Daopo, a female textile innovator in Yuan Dynasty, came here to study, and Master Jian Zhen, a famous monk in Tang Dynasty, lived here for more than a year. Since the Tang Dynasty, many courtiers, such as Li Deyu in the Tang Dynasty, Zhao Ding, Lu Duoxun and Hu Quan in the Song Dynasty, have lived in Asia because they were framed and exiled by traitors. Therefore, Shuinan Village has not only become a place of cultural prosperity in Qiongdao, but also known as one of the four ancient cultural villages in Hainan.
