Shadi Town is located in the north of Ganxian County, which is the north gate of Gannan. Known as "the hometown of dried salted duck in China" and "the hometown of fish and rice". In 2006, the town has developed 2,000 mu of orchards and 3,000 mu of Lycium barbarum, processed and sold 800,000 salted ducks, and planted flue-cured tobacco 1500 mu, making it a town in northern Jiangxi.
