Pingdu or Lacey, which is richer?

Shunli Laixi and Pingdu are both suburbs and county-level cities of Qingdao. Industry and agriculture are ok, but not as good as the other three county-level cities in Qingdao, Jimo, Jiaozhou and Jiaonan.
