What is the cause and effect of cold hands and feet in Buddhism?

Cold hands and feet are a sign of weakness. Eat more healthy food and strengthen physical exercise. I really don't trust. I can have a look at Chinese medicine. No big deal.

Not all diseases should be related to Buddhism, and some diseases are obviously the four major ills. If you go to the hospital, it can be cured.
