On robbery in Buddhism

First of all, we should correct a wrong place.

Success, housing, bad, empty, these four robberies together is a big robbery.

This catastrophe refers to a woman's world, not the earth! There are four continents in the world, and the earth is just one of them.

Then there is the question of time, which Master Bin explained in the annotation of Amitabha Sutra.

Increase or decrease robbery in units of 84,000, but the problem is that this 84,000 is actually an imaginary number, not a real number.

Cain, India's social environment and folk cognition at that time, was mostly called 84,000 or more.

Eighty-four thousand means a lot, infinity and so on.

Success, housing, bad, empty, each with 20 small robberies.

Only in robbery can all beings live in peace, and this sentient being is not just human beings. You have understood this correctly.

According to the Sutra of Maitreya Bodhisattva, Maitreya will not be born until 5.6 billion years later. However, according to the actual 84,000 years today, Sakyamuni Buddha was born at the age of 100 in the ninth robbery, and Maitreya was born at the age of 10 in 84,000, but the difference is 5.67 billion years, far exceeding 84,000 years.

Therefore, it can be seen that this point mentioned by Master Bin in his annotation is correct. In other words, it cannot be calculated with 84,000 as the basic unit, because it is an imaginary number, not a real number.
